By signing up for or using YuktiOS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. A detailed copy of the agreement will be signed at the time of onboarding. These terms apply to all users — agency admins, team members, and clients accessing the client portal.
Access to YuktiOS — including workspace setup, team member management, and client portal access — is managed by the YuktiOS team. You may not:
All account-level actions — including account creation, adding or removing team members, and account closure — are performed by the YuktiOS team on your request. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs within your account.

No refunds. Subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
15-day notice required. To avoid being charged for an upcoming billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 15 days before the billing date. Requests within 15 days of billing will incur that month’s charge and cancellation takes effect the following month.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within YuktiOS — posts, captions, documents, and client data. YuktiOS does not claim ownership of your content. By using the platform you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to deliver the service.
Before your account is activated, a detailed service agreement will be provided and signed by both parties. This covers your workspace configuration, billing arrangements, service scope, and any specific terms applicable to your agency. These Terms and Conditions operate alongside that onboarding agreement.
YuktiOS connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other services to deliver core features. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policies, or service availability that may affect YuktiOS functionality. Meta’s own terms apply to content published through their platforms.
We aim to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
YuktiOS is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of YuktiOS after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
