When you use YuktiOS, we collect information provided directly to us and information generated through your use of the platform:

• Account information — name, email address, and agency name provided at sign-up
• Workspace data — posts, captions, approval records, review history, and documents created within your account
• Usage data — feature interactions, session data, browser type, and device information
• Payment information — processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store card numbers
• Communications — messages you send to us via email or support

• To provide and maintain the YuktiOS platform
• To process your subscription and billing
• To send product updates, billing notifications, and support responses
• To improve platform features using anonymised usage patterns
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised YuktiOS team members only. We review our security practices regularly.

YuktiOS integrates with the following services to deliver its features:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — for post scheduling and performance data via the Meta Graph API
• Caption generation service — for generating captions within strategy briefs
• Push notification service — for sending notifications to the mobile app
• Payment provider — for billing and subscription management
• Cloud infrastructure provider — for hosting and data storage

We share only the minimum data required for each service to function. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your data remains accessible through the 15-day notice period. Once the account is closed, data is permanently deleted with no recovery window. Billing and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.
